Terms of service

1. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people and AI assistants you give access to do there.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add or create in MarkeZoo. You give us permission to store, process and send it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to render artwork or to publish an approved post to the accounts you connected. You confirm you have the rights to the content you publish, including images, music and brand names.

3. Publishing and approval

Posts are published only after a person in your workspace approves them, at the time you set. You are responsible for what is approved and published, and for following the rules of each platform you publish to. We aren't responsible for a platform's decisions, such as removing a post, limiting reach or restricting an account.

4. AI features

AI features can draft copy, suggest plans and create media. AI output can be wrong or resemble existing material, so review it before you approve it. Don't use AI features to create misleading, harmful or infringing content.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use MarkeZoo to:

• send spam, run fake engagement, or impersonate a person or organisation;
• publish content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive or that infringes someone else's rights;
• break the terms or policies of the platforms you connect;
• try to access other workspaces, overload or attack the service, or get around its limits.

We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

6. Connected services

MarkeZoo works with services we don't control, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics and AI providers. Your use of them is governed by their terms. If a service changes or stops its API, the matching MarkeZoo feature may change or stop working.

7. Plans and payment

Paid plans and usage charges (for example AI features that use MarkeZoo's own provider keys) are shown before you choose them. Unless a plan says otherwise, fees are billed in advance and aren't refundable for partial periods.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep MarkeZoo running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features; if we remove something important to paid users, we'll give notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, reach or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending

You can stop using MarkeZoo and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account ends, its connected accounts are disconnected and its data is deleted as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account owners in advance. Using MarkeZoo after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
